On a beautiful autumn day we joined with the Methodists for Forest Church in the Sanctuary Garden. Our theme was ‘Jesus is the light of the world’ as an alternative to Halloween. We made lanterns, built fires, carved and bobbed for apples, went on a treasure hunt, made leaf and shadow prints, scaled a rope bridge and finished the day by toasting marshmallows around the campfire.
Thank you to all our volunteers. It was also lovely to see so many new faces, look out for our next event in the spring!
