Many of us have got to know and appreciate the Revd Linda Whetter as she has served her curacy in the benefice. She finished her training at the end of last year and today Bishop Philip formally licensed Revd Linda Whetter as Associate Priest to the Benefice. Congratulations Linda, we are looking forward to continuing to work with you in the years to come.
During his time in the Benefice Bishop Philip also joined us at Probus Church for a Connect service which was led by Scott Hall and the worship group. Bishop Philip preached on knowing Jesus and the work of the disciples in the early church reflecting that of Jesus.
